WHERE THE BIBLE SHOWS UP

A conversation led by parent Jessica Stokes, Where the Bible Shows Up is a once-a-month curriculum for middle and high school students in which we explore references to the Bible in art, literature, music, pop culture and politics. We focus on the Bible’s key stories and then search for references to those stories in other places – ranging from stained glass windows to Shakespeare to the Simpsons. We will announce the date of this year’s first gathering soon. We are also planning a field trip to the MFA this fall.
