Thank you! All Saints families made sixty-one pies for our Brookline neighbors. We are so grateful to everyone who prepared pies, decorated pie boxes, created original Thanksgiving cards, and delivered the pies to the Brookline Food Pantry. You helped make Thanksgiving bright for many families.
Thanksgiving and the Brookline Food Pantry
Help Brookline Food Pantry as they try to make sure all of our neighbors can celebrate a joyful Thanksgiving. There are two ways to contribute.
As in previous years, we invite you to bake a pie…or many! SIGN UP here. Pies will be prepared in your home this year. We will provide you with a bag filled with the appropriate number of pie boxes and blank note cards, as well as a recipe (for pick-up at ASP beginning Thursday, November 12). Please return your pies (and Thanksgiving cards, if you are able) to All Saints by Sunday, November 22.
Please also consider making a financial contribution to the Brookline Food Pantry so they can provide Thanksgiving meals to as many people as possible this year. In typical years they distribute between 150 – 200 meals. This year they expect to need meals for up to 600. The earlier you contribute the better — this enables BFP to purchase a greater amount of supplies in bulk. You may contribute here.
