During Lent 2021 we want to help restock the shelves at the Brookline Food Pantry. You can help by donating to Fund the Food Pantry. In order to raise a total of at least $6,000 by 30 March, All Saints will donate up to $2,000, matching $1 for every $2 donated by you.
Why donate money instead of buying groceries? Donations of money enable the Food Pantry to “bulk buy” items at discounts through the Greater Boston Food Bank (GBFB), meaning together our donations will go much further. However, there are numerous items GBFB doesn’t carry, such as many non-food items. Through this program, the outreach committee will use a small portion of the funds to purchase non-food items in bulk for donation to the Food Pantry and will donate the remainder in cash. And don’t worry, you can still shop for groceries through the B-READY program.
Donate online and select Food Pantry as the fund or mail a check to All Saints with Fund the Food Pantry in the memo line.
