At All Saints Parish, we believe that the communal experience of God’s love is foundational for children, so during this time of at-home worship, we have designed our Fall 2020 youth programs to offer a balance of in-person, at-home, and virtual activities. You may register your young person here. You may find a schedule of activities here.
In-person: Young people and their families are invited to a family-focused Sunday afternoon Eucharist twice each month. Bring your four-footed friends and join us for an outdoor hike and celebration of St. Francis Day with Blessing of the Animals on October 4th. Additional in-person events are in the works!
Please note that changing health circumstances in the community may require that we adjust these plans.
At-Home: All Saints Parish continues to be engaged with our social outreach partners in Brookline and the Greater Boston Area, and the Family Minister collaborates closely with our All Saints Outreach Committee to identify opportunities for families to participate from their homes. We will keep families informed of opportunities in the areas of food relief in Brookline (Brookline Food Pantry), homelessness relief in Boston (MANNA), and education and youth development in Boston’s South End (St. Stephens Youth Programs and their B-READY program), and more.
Virtual: We continue our weekly Sunday morning zoom gatherings (9:30 am) for children and families. The online experience is supplemented with a care package provided to each child. We use the contents of the care package to promote a sense of connection and belonging and to introduce a physical element to the experience.
If you have questions or would like further information, please contact our family minister, Rev. Tammy Hobbs Miracky.
