On April 27, 2008, All Saints Parish presented the 11th Annual Spirituality and Justice Award to Dr. Paul Farmer, medical anthropologist and physician and a founding director of Partners in Health, an international organization that provides direct health care services for those living in poverty. The Award was presented in recognition of his deep spiritual faith which is manifested in his internationally recognized work providing quality medical care to the poor in Haiti, Russia, Rwanda and Peru.
