Goal: All Saints Parish as a spiritual center.
"My vision for All Saints Parish begins with a dream that we will be known primarily as a spiritual center, a place where people can be nourished, where they can find soul mates and support in their spiritual journey. In short, where they can find God. By spirituality, I mean our relationship with God - as individuals and as a parish."
~ The Rector
Worship
Worship of God is primary and central to the life of our parish. All Saints offers three beautiful worship services each weekend: Saturday at 5:00 pm, Sunday at 10:30 am, and Sunday at 6:00 pm. In addition, the parish offers a mid-week Celtic Holy Eucharist on Wednesdays at 6:15 pm. Each service has its own distinctive tone and emphasis.
The Celtic Holy Eucharist Saturdays at 5:00 pm incorporates rituals, prayers, blessings, and songs from the Iona community and other Celtic Christian traditions. The Rev. Kim Hardy is the Liturgical Coordinator of this service. She is an accomplished musician on the piano and cello, and also serves as Chair of the Liturgy and Music Committee for the Episcopal Diocese of Massachusetts.
The Sunday 10:30 am service is a traditional Eucharist with classical Anglican hymns and stirring anthems sung by the All Saints Choir. The choir is led by Donald Teeters, Music Director and organist, who also is the distinguished conductor of the 131-year old Boston Cecilia chorus. The All Saints Schola, our fine youth choir under the direction of Keith Glavash, Associate Music Director, regularly sings at this service. This service also includes Prayers for Healing with the Laying on of Hands.
The Sunday 6:00 pm 'Episcopal Evening' contemporary worship is under the leadership of the Rev. Leslie Sterling, Assistant Rector of All Saints, who has been involved in creative liturgy planning for more than 20 years. It is a "come as you are" service that allows people to participate at whatever level they feel comfortable. The worship features a candlelight atmosphere, sing-able music, prayers in contemporary language, and sermons about progressive Christian values. 'Episcopal Evening' is designed to provide a "spiritual refreshment hour" in the midst of hectic modern life.

Saturday 5:00 p.m. Celtic Holy Eucharist
The Saturday Holy Eucharist embodies Celtic ceremonial and musical traditions such as the lighting of the three lights, a Celtic-inspired statement of faith, and a sung blessing at the end of the service. The service draws on new liturgical music
and texts based in the Celtic tradition, material from the Iona Community,
and other sources. We welcome all this innovative and beautiful service. Celtic Liturgical Coordinator and Cantor: Kim Hardy, moserhardy@aol.com
The Church School and Youth Ministry
At All Saints, we believe that from their earliest ages, children have a relationship with God, but may lack the vocabulary and the teachings of the tradition to clearly articulate their faith. Our Christian Education program for children and youth seeks to nurture that connection to the holy and help it deepen and mature by offering classes that include Bible study, teachings about the sacraments, spiritual guidance, and "hands on" mission and outreach projects. Children and youth from pre-school through high school meet most Sundays for 45 minutes, beginning at 10:15 a.m., and then participate in congregational worship, starting at "the Peace." At all levels of the program, we use two curricula developed by the Episcopal Church: the Episcopal Children's Curriculum and Journey to Adulthood. Classes are taught by parish volunteers who are trained and supported by the Director of Children's, Youth and Family Ministries. Volunteers also help with a variety of other tasks such as providing refreshments and leadership for special activities. Director of Children's, Youth and Family Ministries: Becky Taylor (617-738-1810, ext 104) reled@allsaintsbrookline.org.

known for its high standards of repertoire and performance. It is open
to anyone from pre-school through high school with unchanged (treble)
