Outreach Opportunities
All Saints Parish Mission and Outreach Committee will meet next on Sunday, September 19 at 12 noon in the Dining Room and throughout the year on the third Sunday of the month. If you are interested in participating, please contact Rev. Leslie Sterling at 617-738-1810 x18 or ammaleslie@earthlink.net. Food Pantry. Please bring canned or packaged food to All Saints for the Food Pantry at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 15 St. Paul Street. Over the last two years, the number of families and individuals calling on the pantry has doubled. If you can help transport the All Saints food donation to St. Paul's once a month, contact the parish office at 617-738-1810. Caring Friends is a new ministry at All Saints in which those who are hurting receive the love and care they need to support them through on-to-one sharing. Caring Friends helps meet the needs of individuals who are hospitalized, terminally ill, bereaved, in a job crisis, disabled, going through a divorce, homebound or in a spiritual crisis. Holy Eucharist and Bible Study at the Boston Pre-Release Center in Mattapan: Bible Study Fridays at 7:30 pm and worship service every Sunday at 9:30 am. Worship at Goddard House Assisted Living Center in Brookline and Nursing Home in Jamaica Plain on the third Sunday of the month at 2:00 pm. Unemployment and Underemployment Spiritual Support Group meets at All Saints for breakfast on the second Thursday of the month, 7:00-8:30 am.
