Epic of David Summer Bible Study Series

david and nathanSundays, June 21-July 19, 9:15 a.m. at All Saints Parish. Led by Marianne and David Evett.

The series follow the story of David, from his obscure beginnings as a marginalized shepherd-boy to his death as Israel's most celebrated king. Every week we will look at David as warrior, political leader, prophet, and poet, but also as an all-too human man who is sometimes splendid, sometimes selfish, and whose destructive use of his gifts and opportunities set the life of his descendant, Jesus. Each unit is self-sufficient, so that those who cannot be present at all of the meetings can be sure that any single one of them will be rewarding. Welcome to All Saints Parish in Brookline

Behold I make all things newWe are a community of people called together by Christ to a shared life and mission. Our parish is first of all a spiritual center, a place where people can find God, be nourished in their spiritual journey, and grow in their life of faith.

We are an Episcopal Church in the Anglican tradition that embraces Catholic and Protestant elements. We are an open and affirming congregation that welcomes people of all races, ethnic groups, sexual orientations, and religious backgrounds.

Our mission is to be a community — searching to know and accept God's purpose for us. Uplifted by worship together, sustained by a sense of Christ being in our midst, and inspired by the Holy Spirit to become more than we are, here, and in the world.

We invite you to spend some time getting to know us and helping us get to know you. We hope that in the process you will discover a caring community of worship, sacrament, fellowship, witness, and action. We hope you will find a church home.
